Tell the two paths apart first
A product page that shows a price and a configuration selector is a checkout item: what you select is what is charged and shipped. A product page that asks for an inquiry is a quoted item, because destination, capacity, protocol or project scope moves the price enough that no published figure would be honest.
On quoted items the written quotation is the binding scope. Anything it does not list -- cells, breakers, site cabling, installation, commissioning -- is not in it.
Fix the configuration before paying, not after
On a multi-option product the selected option is the order. Series count, continuous current, balance current and any bundled display are all decided by that selection, and changing it after payment means cancelling and re-placing rather than editing.
Confirm the series count against the pack you are building and the continuous current against the inverter rating rather than the battery capacity, because that is the pairing that most orders get wrong.
Shipping depends on the destination for the three kits
The battery kit, the 6U battery kit and the high-voltage kit are bulky and are quoted on a destination rule. Everything else in the catalog -- BMS boards, displays, monitors, communication modules and cables -- currently ships free worldwide.
- European Union destinations: kit shipping is free
- United States, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea and the listed Middle East markets: a flat USD 150 per order
- Anywhere else: the kits need a manual freight quote and cannot be paid for online
- A mixed cart containing any of the three kits follows the kit rule
The currency you are charged in
The catalog is priced in USD and USD remains the reconciliation basis. Buyers in the twenty euro-area countries are billed in EUR instead, because iDEAL, Bancontact, eps, Przelewy24, Trustly and Multibanco only become available on a euro order.
EU countries that have not adopted the euro -- Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden -- stay on USD. The euro figure shown in the checkout summary is the figure that will be charged.
Distributor and project quantities
For a quantity or a project, send the model codes and quantities, the destination country, the pack or system architecture, the inverter or PCS involved, and the date the goods are needed on site. A request with those five items comes back as a quotation; a request without them comes back as a question.
Questions this raises most often
Priced products are checkout items where the selected configuration is the order. Inquiry products depend on destination, capacity, protocol or project scope, so they are quoted in writing.
The three enclosure kits ship free to the EU, cost a flat USD 150 to the United States, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea and the listed Middle East markets, and need a manual freight quote elsewhere. Other products currently ship free worldwide.
Euro-area buyers are charged in EUR so that local bank payment methods are available; everyone else is charged in USD. The amount shown in the checkout summary is the amount charged.
Not by editing the order. The selected option is what was charged and picked, so a change means cancelling and re-placing.
Take it to a part number
Ratings vary between codes that read almost the same, so settle the decision here and then confirm the figures on the product page for the exact code.
