Shipping Policy

Standard paid orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3 business days after payment clears and all required shipping information is received.
EU destinations listed at checkout receive free shipping. The United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan, and South Korea use the displayed USD 150 flat rate. Other destinations require a written quotation.
Transit times are estimates. Customs, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, remote-area service, and export controls may cause delays.
Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient, address, postal code, phone, email, and customs information.

For standard, non-customized products, request a return within 7 calendar days after documented delivery, unless mandatory local law provides a longer period.
Email zhou@jkess.com before returning an item. Products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and safely packed unless the return concerns a verified defect.
Customized, configured, branded, project-engineered, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable after production or procurement begins, except for verified defects or mandatory legal rights.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method after inspection.

Supplied battery enclosures, BMS products, and energy storage hardware carry a one-year limited warranty from documented delivery unless a written quotation states otherwise.
The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under correct installation and use within published specifications.
Incorrect wiring, cell selection, installation, configuration, over-voltage, over-current, water ingress, impact, unauthorized modification, and use outside specifications are excluded.
Energy storage equipment must be installed and commissioned by qualified personnel.

Prices are in United States dollars. The final amount and included items are those shown at checkout or in the applicable written quotation.
Battery cells are not included with enclosure kits unless expressly stated. High-voltage control hardware does not include cells, modules, racks, PCS, EMS, or a complete battery pack unless expressly listed.
An order may be reviewed for payment, compatibility, shipping, import, or description errors before acceptance and dispatch.
A product-specific quotation, signed agreement, approved drawing, specification sheet, or written order confirmation takes priority over these general terms.

Battery and high-voltage equipment can cause fire, electric shock, arc flash, burns, explosion, and serious injury when incorrectly installed or operated.
Only qualified personnel should assemble cells, configure BMS hardware, commission systems, and work on energized equipment.
Confirm cell dimensions, chemistry, voltage, current, protection devices, insulation, grounding, communication, ventilation, and local electrical requirements before use.

Contact and delivery information is used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, and arrange payment and shipment.
PayPal processes payment details under its own privacy terms. This website does not store full card details.
Optional analytics data may be collected when a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured.
